At Start Running – Stay Running, we recognise that running is hard work. Not only on your body, but also on your mind – mainly with the many questions that get thrown up in so many different areas.  Many runners soon realise that running isn’t just a case of merely lacing up and going out!  With that in mind, we want to provide a place where you can find everything you need to keep running.

Within our VIP membership, ‘The Inside Track’, we’ve built a fantastic team of coaches and specialists from all areas of health and wellbeing. They are ready to help you get started on your running journey and keep strong and injury-free so you can stay running.  When you follow our optimum running programme combined with strength and stretch workouts, you will reach your running goals successfully.

I’m running for better mental health.

We run monthly ‘Mindset Movement’ webinars with our qualified practitioners

I have an injury but want to get back to running.

Our run coach has put together a rehab programme along with suitable exercises from our strength & conditioning and stretch & mobility coaches  

I want to run to help my sport.

Our sports nutritionist will help you to fuel effectively pre and post-run and can help with your nutrition so you can perform to your best 

I’m pregnant/just had a baby.  I don’t know how to approach running now. 

Our women’s health therapist is on hand to assist with all questions, and our run coach is fully experienced in working with running during and after pregnancy

Again, our women’s health therapist will have your back and can offer advice to help you get the best from you running.

Our 5K, 10K, Half Marathon and Marathon programmes will get you to race-ready along with our Sports Nutritionist

Our fantastic community will keep you motivated, and your programme will ensure you’re able to keep going and improving with every run. Our virtual run challenges ‘Seasoned Runner’ will also help keep you motivated each and every month of the year! 

When you sign up as a member of ‘The Inside Track’ or invest in one of our running plans, you will be allocated a fully qualified running coach.  You will be given access to the Training Peaks App where you will record all your runs and activity.  Your coach will also be able to see how you are doing through the app and encourage and advise you along the way.

You’ll also have access to Strength & Conditioning, and Stretch & Mobility plans. These, when used in conjunction with your running plan, will help you become stronger, and help prevent injuries that could hold you back. 

Finally, you’ll have access to our VIP Facebook group, where you will have access to our coaches to ask your questions and be sure you’re doing the right thing on your programme.
