Our tailored running plans also include strength & conditioning along with stretch & mobility workouts to ensure you are making the best of your time and continue to improve both your pace and your endurance.

We are dedicated to helping women get on the right track with their running – when perhaps they thought there never hope in finding it!  Our ‘stepping-stones’ programme is designed to get you into running one step at a time.

MINDSET MOVEMENT COACHING

 

We understand that running can be as much a mental game as it is a physical one. We also appreciate that many people run for their mental health too. That’s why we have introduced The Mindset Movement as part of our offering.

Working with an amazing NLP and Reiki Master, we hold monthly webinars working on your mindset and using the power of the brain to more you forward, not only in your running, but in life generally. Upcoming webinars will include anxiety management, working on body confidence, cravings management and so much more!
